The Scriptus Solution

Built-up lettering made from high quality, mirror finish stainless steel was chosen for the exterior signage to display the venue name and name of stands. Interior wayfinding systems were designed to meet the requirements of the racecourses using the latest materials and ideas in a cost-effective and aesthetically appealing way. Exterior signage for the direction of the public around the racecourse grounds was designed using a bespoke wayfinding sign system. Additional exterior signage was completed for one-off applications such as a traditional hanging sign for the Connaught Restaurant at York Racecourse.

The Features and Benefits

We were able to utilise a variety of products within the Scriptus portfolio to meet all the signage needs of the racecourses. In co-operation with Goddard Wybor, we have developed a bespoke system of signage including wayfinding sign systems, built up lettering and logos for exterior signage which has been applied at many racecourse venues in the country. This bespoke system of signage could also be used at any public venue, is cost-effective and meets all accessibility and health and safety requirements.
