The Client's Needs

The refurbishment of this early 20th century listed building in the heart of London required meticulous attention to detail. The Wolseley Restaurant desired high quality exterior signage made from cast bronze in keeping with the heritage of the building.

The Scriptus Solution

Working closely with the graphic designer and architect, we produced and fitted cast bronze plaques and cast bronze lettering to the front of the building to match the original massive bronze doors and decorative metalwork.

The Features and Benefits

The moulded edging to the cast bronze plaques was modelled on the surround of the existing interior clock and the special finish given to the plaques and cast bronze letters created the appearance of traditional signage which had been there since the building was erected. The Wolseley Restaurant owner could place confidence in Scriptus to produce bespoke signage in-keeping with the design heritage of the building.
